Bibble Bakes is one baker in one kitchen. Every cake is made to order in a small batch, finished in buttercream, and built around what you actually want rather than whatever is sitting in a cabinet. Orders go in the diary and come to your door.

Looking after your cake

An hour out firstTake it out of the fridge or the cold an hour before you serve it.
Somewhere coolAway from radiators, open fires and hot kitchens. Near a window or air conditioning is ideal.
Flowers come offIf your cake has fresh flowers, take them off before you cut. They are not edible.
Then enjoy itAnd take pictures. Bibble Bakes always wants to see them.
